1. The service
Splice provides a Free calculator for pricing any service and creating a watermarked quote PDF without an account. Pro adds saved services and pricing defaults, a business profile and branding, saved quotes and quote duplication, secure customer quote review with Accept or Decline, invoices from accepted quotes, and customer and document history. Pro users may also record an invoice as paid after receiving payment outside Splice; that status is entered by the owner and is not verified by Splice. Splice does not currently process customer invoice payments.
Splice provides calculation and document tools, not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or trade-practice advice. You are responsible for reviewing each quote, setting appropriate prices, and meeting the rules that apply to your business.
Splice has not launched commercially. A New Mexico limited liability company is intended to be its initial legal operator, conditional on state formation approval and owner authorization. The company is not yet the operator of Splice.
2. Accounts and security
Keep account information accurate and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact support@splicequotes.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or meet a legal obligation.
3. Free and Pro plans
Free access includes the public quote calculator and watermarked quote PDFs. Pro includes reusable saved services, quote history, and unwatermarked, branded PDF capabilities described on the pricing page.
Paid Pro is a recurring subscription priced in USD at the rate shown when you choose monthly or annual billing. A paid subscription renews at that cadence until you cancel. Complimentary Pro access may also be granted and does not itself create a recurring subscription or billing obligation. Stripe processes Splice Pro subscription payments and provides the secure customer billing portal; Splice does not receive your full payment-card number. This subscription billing is separate from customer invoice payments, which Splice does not process.
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, and Pro access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for. Account deletion is a separate action that immediately cancels the linked subscription. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Questions about a charge or account access can be sent to support.
4. Your quote content
You keep responsibility for the business information, customer details, pricing assumptions, notes, and other content you enter. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use. You give Splice permission to process that content only as needed to provide the calculators, account tools, PDFs, email delivery, support, and security controls.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, send unauthorized email, upload malicious content, or use it for unlawful activity. We may take action when use threatens customers, providers, or the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Splice available and accurate, but online services can be interrupted or changed. Features, limits, and pricing may change prospectively with notice where required. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
